Very spacious rooms. The pool was nice, the kids had a great time. Breakfast was good , and there was a lot of variety. The rooms are a little dated, but it was very clean comfortable and affordable. The staff was professional and helpful.

Breakfast was great first 2 days , had to wait for them to get out last day of stay, was there for baseball tournament, team did not get breakfast before first game, as breakfast was not ready.

This property is well managed, clean, and well maintained. It has the comforting feeling of home. My husband and I were here to be with his mother during her final days of life. It was so comforting to come back to our room for a few hours of sleep each night knowing it would feel like home. The staff worked with us to extend our stay and we’re so kind. The breakfast is also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Kansas City.

Breakfast couldn’t have been better. Hot eggs and hash browns. Lots of choices. The room setup being more homelike with the studio apartment feel was a refreshing change from the usually crowded and cramped typical hotel room. Really liked the full kitchen even though we didn’t use it. The lobby was also very inviting and clean which makes for a great first impression. Overall a great stay.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I have two special needs children and they DID everything to make the stay go smoothly!! I will definitely be returning to stay with them in the very near future!! Hotel stays are very hard on them because it is not there home. But the Residence Inn is like a mini home away from home. Any issues or questions that I had Diane was VERY Attentive to make sure ALL my needs were met. It made our stay go so very smoothly. And for that I am so very grateful!! Every staff member was so very kind courteous. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

The room was was a great fit for parents and two small kids; easy to find & get to; close enough to everything to be convenient, but also off the beaten path and felt very safe; breakfast was great; kitchenette was helpful.
